Why We Protest
We protest because silence means death. The Islamic Republic of Iran has built its rule on fear, bloodshed, and the silencing of truth. For decades, Kurds have been among the main targets of this brutal system — denied their identity, stripped of their rights, and punished simply for demanding freedom.
These protests are not only against executions, torture, and corruption, but also against the destruction of basic human dignity. The regime attacks Kurdishness, freedom of speech, religion, and even the right to earn a living.
We stand in protest for those who cannot. We raise our voices for the martyrs, the prisoners, the silenced journalists, the teachers who are unpaid, the women who are killed for speaking out, and the countless Kurdish men, women, and children who live under daily oppression.Every protest is a declaration that we will not accept tyranny as our future. We protest because our people deserve freedom, justice, and life without fear.
For decades, the Islamic Republic of Iran has ruled through fear, silence, and blood. Kurds have paid the highest price. These numbers tell part of the story:
Thousands of Kurds have been jailed for political views.
Hundreds of journalists silenced, threatened, or killed.
Countless families torn apart by executions and forced disappearances.
Entire villages stripped of resources and dignity.
Behind every number is a human life — and a reminder of why we must keep speaking out.

Visualizing the Fight for Justice

21 April 2024 – London, UK
I stood outside the Iranian Embassy as an oppressed Kurd, protesting against a system that thrives on the blood of its people. The Islamic Republic has silenced countless voices and crushed Kurdish identity. By joining this protest, I raised my voice for freedom, religion, and the right to simply live with dignity.
26 May 2024 – London, UK
In London, I joined fellow protesters to condemn the brutality of the Iranian regime. This government is thirsty for Kurdish blood and destroys anyone who dares to oppose it. My participation was a stand against tyranny — a message that Kurds will not disappear quietly into silence.
23 June 2024 – London, UK
I took part in a protest against executions and killings carried out by the Islamic Republic. Together, we gathered outside the Embassy in London to support the Kurds of the east, whose lives are under constant threat. For me, this was not only an act of protest but a duty to the countless innocent people who have been killed for demanding their rights.
29 September 2024 – London, UK
Once again, I protested in front of the Iranian Embassy to denounce a government that survives on fear and bloodshed. This regime targets Kurds, freedom, religion, and even the right to earn a living. My presence was a reminder that we will continue resisting, even when the price is high.

6 April 2025 – London, UK
I joined another powerful protest in London to stand against the Islamic Republic’s crimes. Their system kills, tortures, and silences anyone who disagrees. I raised my voice for Kurdishness, for freedom, and for the thousands who cannot stand here with us because they were executed, imprisoned, or forced into silence.
